Help My Mom Fight Macular Degeneration & Relieve Our Family’s Burden

At the beginning of this year, my mom was diagnosed with macular degeneration, a serious eye condition that requires ongoing treatment. Every five weeks, she has to travel to receive injections in her eyes in hopes of slowing the progression and saving her vision. Along with the emotional toll, this comes with overwhelming financial strain—between medical costs, travel expenses, and hotel stays for every treatment.

My mom and I share a home, and as a single mom and small business owner, I’ve been doing everything I can to keep our household afloat. I work multiple jobs to cover bills, past-due expenses, groceries, and to make sure my children’s needs are met. But with the added medical and travel costs, it has become incredibly difficult to keep up.

I want my mom to focus on her health—not on the stress of bills piling up. She deserves peace of mind while she goes through these treatments.
