Justice For Andrew !!This is our son
Andrew Logan
He currently serves as a SPC in the United States Army
And he serves proud!
On December, 16th our son
Andrew was viciously attacked and stabbed through the palm of his hand. Since this time his abuser has continued to abuse him by making false accusations which have all come back unfounded with no evidence, but during the investigation time his military career has been put on hold while under these ridiculous allegations.
Only days after this last and what we prayed to be the final stab at him was dismissed, his Abuser once again made false accusations against him that literally made me throw up.
Our Son was put into handcuffs and taken in for hours of brutal interrogation.
His attacker has yet to be charged with his assault. Claiming its "still under investsgation"
These last almost
5 Months have been pure and total hell for both him and our Family! Because of the severity of the allegations against him he is unable to see his 2 boys, or have any contact what so ever with them
whom he loves very much
The Army can offer him legal council, however, it could take 16 to 18 months to complete.
We have no other option but to hire a proffesional Lawyer to represent our Son and finally have his voice heard.
Unfortunately this comes with a price.
I will soon be setting up a GoFundMe account to help with these expensive legal expenses I am humbly asking each of you to please help my son help our family get over this nightmare and get him reunited back with his sons who need him as much as he needs them. Anyone of you that knows Andrew knows he does not have a mean bone in his body he is a kind and loving young man. Being able to retain this professional attorney who only deals with these kind of cases for the military is our only hope at this point in getting this whole ridiculous charge thrown out and stopped. I have cried so many tears over these last four months than I ever have in my entire life. Both Andrews and my health have been greatly impacted through this hell.
Our son is broken he is afraid, he is sad and he feels defeated.
And this Mommas heart is shattered into a million little pieces.
