Support Delilah's Healing Journey

Donation protected
Hi, my daughter's German Shepard, Delilah, suddenly got sick Sunday morning. We took her to an urgent care for dogs but decided we needed to transfer her to an emergency vet in Greenville. After multiple x-rays, it was decided it was probably colonic torsion, or a blockage and surgery was needed to save her life. How do you say no, because of money, and know that she probably wouldn't survive without the surgery? We love her very much! The surgery was performed and she is doing well. The surgeon said it had something to do with her spay operation which was performed probably a year and a half ago. We were so happy to hear she was doing well that details escaped us. We do know they tacked her stomach and colon to prevent any Gastric Dilation-Volvulus (Bloat) or colonic torsion in the future.

Her birthday is Friday, July 19, she will be 4. She is still so young. We are so thankful she is doing well, praise God! She is taking lots of care which of course we're happy to do.

She put much of the cost on credit cards, so we're asking for some help to pay those bills. If you'd like to contribute directly, her venmo is @Mikayla-Binney.
Thank you for any help you can give. Prayers are appreciated so much!
