Hope and Faith for Tony.
I am writing to share the story of our brother, Anthony Castellon, who many know him as "Tony". We are sad to say that Tony was recently diagnose with carcinoid neuroendocrine, cancer tumors within the liver and small intestine areas. His team of doctors are scheduled to remove these on Tuesday, March 28th, (surgery day) at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Our family is asking for prayers for both Tony, Sylvia and his boys to get through this difficult time as we all know how ugly this disease can impact our loved ones on a daily basis.
As you know Tony, he can be the first to offer help in any situation, now it is our turn to offer help to him. He is a hard working, spiritual man, trying to raise two young men while supporting his family. Doctors involved have required post treatment following his surgery, therefore he will need to remain off work with no income for an extended amount of time. The stress and treatment can definitely take a toll for anyone through the healing process. The worries of all the medical bills and home expenses can drain one emotionally. Therefore if we can make an immediate impact and help on his expenses, no words that can express the families deepest gratitude.
