Medical care

Hi. I'm needing assistance for medical care for my dog. He was lost on the trails for 3months, hes been found .Injured by a pack of dogs. I rescued him as a puppy and promised I would give him all the love, attention and care forever. He was almost euthanized by ACS as a puppy and rescued by me. I'm asking if you can give from your heart and pray that he survives this. He has multiple wounds around his neck and body. He needs surgery for a punctured lung,Inuries to his neck, legs and back. Anything is greatly appreciated. He currently at the vet "Town&Country. His medical bill so far is 5,000.
