I’m not a fan of asking for help and usually avoid doing so at all cost, but here I am, asking for help from my animal loving friends…

My sweet boy Oliver is fighting a severe urinary tract infection and two types of bladder crystals — a dangerous combination that can turn deadly for male cats in just days.

We’ve already rushed to the emergency vet twice, been to our vet twice, started IV fluids, medications, and a special diet to flush his bladder and stop crystal growth. He’s not out of the woods yet and needs ongoing treatment, tests, and prescription food to recover.

Our vet bills are piling up as Oliver is currently hospitalized. We’ve already spent $3k and aren’t out of the woods. Peter and I take on complicated, retired, injured horses at our expense, and this puts an extreme strain on our resources to continue helping our equine friends and keep Oliver alive. Any donation — big or small — will help give him the care he needs to heal. Sharing this means just as much as donating.
