Hello! My name is Jamie and I am raising money for my husband Rick Capitelli. He will have a few medical procedures in the next year. He is in need of a bladder reconstruction and a kidney transplant. These procedures are required to be completed at North Western in Chicago due to specialist that he requires. He will need someone to stay in town during his stay at hospital after surgery. We are asking for help with cost for lodging during these surgeries for me. I would like to be close to hospital if for any reason there is an emergency. We have looked into support through the hospital and there are not any available during the first stay in October. We also know that this will be costly with our trips back and forth to Chicago for follow up. We want to thank all of our family and friends for any support that you can provide.
