Build Bina's Barn

As many of you know I have recently expanded my PT practice into the area of hippotherapy, working with people with disabilities, particularly children on horseback. The benefits the horse provides as a therapy tool have been facinating to learn about and even more rewarding to witness.  As part of my training I have been volunteering at  a new theraputic riding program in Lexington called Bina Farm Center. Since becoming involved with Bina Farm I have been very impressed and inpsiried by their high standards and levels of horsemanship and expertise. I hope to continue working there once my training is complete. However the facility is in desperate need of an indoor barn and needs to raise $300,000 to build one. An indoor barn would provide a safe, sheltered environment that would allow lessons to continue despite extreme weather. This week they are holding a Ride-A-Thon fundraiser. If you are willing to sponsor me as I particpate in an obstacle course whilst leading a student rider during lesson time I'd greatly appreciate it!! Every dollar will help us closer to our goal of building a barn in the next 6 months.
