This has been one of the worst years of my life, and it has culminated with the surgical removal of a kidney stone that was threatening to cause renal failure.  While awaiting surgery and recovering, I have missed nearly a month of work.  My HR manager did not file anything for Short-Term Disability, and instead used every minute I had of sick and vaction time to cover just under one week and left me without pay for the rest.  Between the prescriptions and multiple trips to different doctors and hospitals, I can no longer pay rent or any other bills, much less put food on the table and gas in the tank.  I have lost nearly a month's pay, used all of my FSA funds for all of 2015, and had to use my last half-check to pay for doctors and prescriptions.  I was lucky to have assistance in paying the co-pay for the surgery, but I continue to rack up medical bills for portions not covered by insurance. 

Additionally, due to my son's placement in a psychiatric/rehabilitiation facility, I have nearly $500 per month garnished for child support.  There has been nothing to garnish, so it is only a matter of time before the county starts problems.

Anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated, as within the next week, I have to pay rent, electricity, Internet, and child support...
