Hi, I’m Sydney, the daughter of Charlotte Smith.

My mom is a hardworking nurse, mother, and grandmother of 6. She’s taken care of us and our house for years and years.

On 11/13/25, my mom and her home were involved in a grease house fire. In that moment, my mom went into fight mode to put out the fire and escape the house. The fire grew bigger and the kitchen began to catch fire. This fire grew rapidly. Firefighters arrived to the house and had to bust windows, take out parts of the ceiling and insulation to enter the house. With this happening, my mom has lost pretty much everything. She’s lost couches, tvs, multiple beds, cribs and toys for her grandchildren, clothes for herself, grandchildren, and my brother. She’s lost her appliances, dressers, dishes, etc. The damages to the house will be around 70k or more (not including clean up). My mom never asks for help or anything, but i know she needs it. She’s been out of work as a nurse, due to third degree burns on her hands, legs and feet. She’s attempting to move into a new house. These donations will go to her new house, and things that are needed to start over. ANY and ALL donations are APPRECIATED. She will take any help whether it’s $1, donated clothes/house items, prayers and kind thoughts, donated toys for the grandkids, help around the house etc. Or she’ll help you for any donations or money.
