On Sunday, 11/3/25, a fire broke out in the apartment above our business. The Albany firemen did a fantastic job with penultimate quickness, but alas, our position on the bottom floor has left us with smoke and water damage that will make reopening undoubtedly a long and costly process. Any funds raised will first and foremost go towards securing and building a place where we can do just that, and keeping our employees afloat in a way that allows us to retain them and ensure they are secure. I am sure we will be able to salvage our equipment and a lot of shelf-stable supplies, and I am already seeking a place to set up and maintain the most seamless continuity possible for the business and our employees.

Right now, these are our chief concerns. Thank you to any and all who can do anything to help in these hugely financially uncertain times we are all in. Sharing and helping us get the word out is equally important as being blessed enough to donate. Thank you so much ♡
