Hello there and thank you for visiting our Go Fund Me page! We are Brooke, Madison, David, and Jordan, from the Whitehouse High school Business Professionals of America (BPA) Club, and competed in the Administrative Support Team category. With only 1 team member with previous BPA experience, we were so determined and dedicated to place at the Regional competition in Frisco, TX. After an emotional day, we learned that we had placed 1st in the biggest region, in the biggest state for BPA. After Regionals, we visited Dallas, TX to compete in the State Leadership Conference. With much practice and a little bit of luck, we again, placed 1st in the state! Now we have this great, once in a lifetime opportunity to compete and attend the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, CA from May 6 to May 10.
Because all four of us are high school juniors and AP students, we are working very hard in school right now, and are fundraising with other events such as a garage sale and a car wash. So hopefully with your help, we can make this trip to California possible! Here's a little bit about ourselves.
Brooke Bogenschutz enjoys painting and reading a good book, and is a wonderful student. Her positivity always shines whenever you talk to her, and we wouldn't know what to do without her. Brooke also qualified for Nationals in her individual event, Fundamental Word Processing. Go Brooke!
Madison Chennault is a very dedicated Drill Team member at WHS, and somehow finds time to balance that with studying and practicing for BPA. She enjoys dance and spending time with friends. Her creativity and design skills are so crucial to this BPA team.
David Chabarria competes in UIL academics at WHS and is a French Horn player in the band. After competing in BPA for 2 years and making it to the State competition both years, it wasn't until this year he qualified for Nationals. His dedication to BPA is what drew us all together for us to compete and share all of the great experiences we have had together. David is also the President of the BPA club at WHS.
Jordan Lee plays on the basketball team of WHS and will lead the student section, known as The Jungle, his senior year. His typing skills and efficiency keep the group on task in order for them to get the job done. He enjoys playing music, playing sports, and spending time with the wonderful BPA team.
Again, we would like to show our gratitude for visiting our page and for donating. We are so grateful for this opportunity to compete and represent Whitehouse High School in this national competition.
Thank you.
