Kenya missions trip
Donation protected
Hello Family and Friends,
Everyone has asked me "What do you want to do when you grow up? " Honestly, I didn't have a clue until just recently. I've taken a gap year trying to decide what I wanted to do. I thought I was going to go to college and become a vet, but God had a different plan in mind. He's made it clear to me that he wants me on the mission field, maybe not forever but right now he wants me to help. I've had one door close but another open. I've been blessed to have an amazing host family open their home for me to live with them in Kenya. They have helped so many people and I'm extremely humbled that they would let me stay and serve with them. The donations that I would be given will go towards my air fare and living expenses. I've prayed a lot about how long I should stay and it's been clear that I should go for about 6 months. God has truly worked miracles in my life and I can't think of a better way of serving Him and His children. I will be working primarily with my host mother with the Guardian Foundation. We will be traveling throughout Kenya working in different orphanages.
I'll be leaving sometime in January. My Mom will be coming with me for about a week or two to help me get settled and meet my host family. I'm so excited for her to be coming with me even for a short time! Any donation will help, even just 5 dollars will get me closer to my goal. I've been saving and am trusting God to help me reach my goal.
Thank you so much for helping me to serve the children in Kenya!
