Unfortunately, there was a horrible attack in Virginia Beach on May 30, 2019. Our hearts are heavy as we pray for the 12 lives lost in a mindless act of violence. Those who are left behind will now need our support as they struggle to come to terms with life without their loved ones. Keeping this in mind, The Hampton Roads Muslim Community is reaching out to our bigger family, our community, to come together and help us raise funds for the families of the victims.
After the campaign, the fund will be transferred to the Virginia Beach Tragedy Fund (https://unitedwayshr.org/vabeach/). The fundraising amount will be on our Rumi FA Bank Account. it is going to be transferred to the account of the City Fund.
