Hello everyone -

As most of you know our dad, Sal, has been in the biggest fight of his life. He has been battling lung cancer since June 2021. The doctors at Penn had it under control or thought so at least. His last scan showed tumor growth along with new tumors in his abdomen and adrenal glands. They will be battling this with a very aggressive chemo, once a week for 18 weeks then every 2 weeks for another year at least. Unfortunately, he has not worked since he was diagnosed and is not eligible for any medical assistance. His copays and deductibles are sky high and he has to pay each and every time he goes in. We are hoping to help alleviate some of the financial stress he will be facing while fighting this fight!
