At 3 in the morning, I heard my dog bark and I looked outside. I saw flames engulfing the homes of my neighbors across the street. Two apartment buildings had caught fire - the homes of dozens of residents.
We know and love our neighbors, and we want to support them in this incredibly challenging time. At least ten families have been displaced. Some have lost all of their possessions. They are still feeling the shock of what just happened, but one thing is clear -- they will need resources to ensure they have places to sleep, food to eat, and money to replace their belongings. Please help us help our neighbors.
