URGENT OPERATION NEEDED FOR MY DOG

Hello. Our names are Cher and Ben. We are the proud owners of 2 dogs. Milly who is 3 and half years old and Harley who is 4 years and 10 months old. We love them both dearly. 2 days ago my Harley fractured his leg. The vets have told us that he needs an urgent operation. A bolt needs to be put through ihis leg and then a metal plate put in to hold it all together. Not only that they are saying that due to his breed most cocker spaniels are born with this defect in their legs so there is a high chance his other leg will also need an operation to prevent the same happening in that one too. We are devastated. Vet bills are so high these days and nothing prepares you for this. They want £7000 for the first leg and we are still waiting to hear back about the second leg. To lose Harley would be soul crushing. It doesn't bear thinking about. Which is why we have decided to set up this gofundme. Any bit of help no matter how small would go a long way and would be greatly appreciated.
