Faith Stewart - Australian CrossFit Championship

Hey, my name is Faith Stewart, and I recently qualified for the Australian CrossFit Championship in Queensland, Australia from March 5-8.

Since I started CrossFit six years ago, it has been my goal to qualify for the next stage of CrossFit competition. Up until August 2018, that goal was Regionals, but eighteen months ago, CrossFit changed its qualification and competition process, making it even more difficult for athletes to break into the professional level of competition.

Since that change, athletes work to qualify for Sanctionals (the replacement for Regionals) all over the world rather than in their geographic region, making it significantly more expensive to compete at one of these professional competitions, even if one does manage to qualify.

I do not have any sponsors to alleviate the cost of training for, traveling to, and competing at this competition so I am using this fundraising campaign to ask for assistance in helping me to achieve my goal. Further, any additional funds that I raise will go towards continuing to train at a professional level in hopes of qualifying for and competing at future Sanctional events.
