Leandra Ayers Medical Fund

Leandra (Lee) Ayers, my 18 year old niece, is in a Florida hospital in diabetic coma and on a ventilator. She went into a coma Wednesday night/morning while on Spring Break with friends in Panama City Beach. My brother-in-law and sister (Glynn and Brandy Williams Ayers) received that phone call that no parents want to receive yesterday evening. They arrived in Florida this morning to be by her side. In order to do so, they had to take off work, which means no income for their household. They also have three other children to provide for. The doctors anticipate them being there for at least two weeks, which means they will incur expenses like hotel, food, etc. In addition, Lee is without health insurance. We know and understand that not everyone can donate, but if you can share this with others who may be able to, our family will appreciate generosity and help in their time of need.
