Hi my name is Alyssa and I am Amaya’s aunt and I’m creating this go fund me on behalf of her mother. Amaya is a bubbly, sassy, and sweet girl who would do anything for someone. We recently got the news that she has been diagnosed with leukemia. This came as a shock to the family and to be by her side through the whole process her mother will not be able to work for at least a year. She has had a bone marrow biopsy so far and multiple lumbar punctures. She will also need to drive to Hartford multiple times a week for treatments. This is a long battle but Amaya is a strong little girl who remains positive throughout it all.
