Michael Mayfield aka Levels

Hi everyone, we're starting this GoFundMe to contribute to Michael's funeral and medical bills. Any remaining funds will support a post-funeral gathering and assist his mother during this difficult time ❤️❤️

For those that may not know, Michael was admitted to Flinders ICU on April 17th, 2025, due to a severely infected neck wound. The infection caused organ failure and an abscess that caused paralysis from the neck down, forcing him to be placed in an induced coma. When the doctors were able to lower his sedation and explain the situation he was in, he was asked if he wishes to continue life with no ability to walk, talk or breathe on his own, to which he strongly shook his head "NO". Michael then expressed on May 5th, 2025, that he wanted his breathing tube removed, and as also requested, he wanted to be surrounded by his loved ones when that time came. In the early hours of May 6th, 2025, Michael took his last breath with Sandra (sister), Mikayla (daughter), Julieanne (Mikayla's mum), Ashlee (niece), Courtney (girlfriend) and Jayden (Courtney's son) by his side, and with him, he took all the love and support from those that visited him and reached out with messages shared with him in his final moments. ❤️❤️
