Please help our sweet Jamie Lyn get her life back

Hi, my name is Jayne O’Hara and I thank you in advance for kindly taking the time to look into the window of the life of a very young woman. I am reaching out on behalf of my beautiful niece, Jamie Lyn.

For years this precious soul has battled with paralyzing stomach pain, a swollen belly, nausea, loss of appetite, digestive troubles, excruciating cramps & cycles, labor like contractions, chronic fatigue, food sensitivities, backaches, headaches; constantly being in and out of doctor’s appointments, seeing every type of specialists known and too many trips to the emergency room. Unfortunately, each time getting misdiagnosed, overlooked, and passed along. Three years ago at the ER, Jamie was told she had a tumor the size of a cantaloupe within her womb. That led to the diagnosis of Endometriosis followed by two unsuccessful surgeries and copious amounts of doctor visits.

Despite the startling statistics of 1 in 10 women having it, many are not familiar with Endometriosis.  It often goes undetected until it’s in a later stage.  This disease can form anywhere in the body and progress into many other chronic conditions, although most first often experience it within their reproductive system. Endometriosis is one of the leading causes of infertility. It wreaks havoc on one's womb, which potentially causes permanent damage. Endometriosis consists of having abnormal cell growth take place within the body. In most cases, the healthy tissue that normally lines in the inside of the uterus begins to grow outside of it, having no where to to go, it begins to spread to the ovaries, fallopian tubes, intestines, bladder, colon, spine, and brain. Internal organs fuse and calcify together forming adhesions that release toxic substances into the blood. This presents a high risk of the development of Cancer, with ovarian, endometrial and thyroid cancers being most common.

After meeting with World-Renowned Specialist, Dr. Kanayama in NYC, Jamie Lyn was re-diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis - the highest & most dangerous stage one can have. In the last of her 2 unsuccessful surgeries, the endometriosis that was taking over her ovaries, uterus, and fallopian tubes was never properly removed and has since taken vengeance on her insides. The tissue has grown up and out from the bottom of her uterus completely gluing it down. Rather than being straight up and down like the spine, it now is almost fully sideways. This also caused her uterus to forcefully push into her bladder as well as shift her ovaries, turning them all the way around to a vertical position. The horror does not stop there. Currently, Jamie Lyn’s fallopian tubes are so squashed together, dangerously leaving a 4.4mm space amongst them. The endometrial tissue has also spread to her other organs, strangling her digestive tract & webbing her liver. One can’t even begin to imagine how EXTREMELY painful, as well as frustrating this can be. When one has Endometriosis their day to day life can very, some days are far better than others. While Jamie has pinpointed times of each month that she knows she will be at her worst; some times at a moments notice an “Endo attack” or “flare up” can occur. When this happens, Jamie can be so paralyzed by the pain that she’s unable to move, having to be carried to the bed, couch or the bathroom. This leaves things like making weekend plans, RSVPing to events, or even just the idea of getting together with a loved one the very next day, beyond difficult to commit too.

Jamie has been suffering for too long and has been robbed of many things we take for granted.

To give you an idea of what you experience with Endometriosis, symptoms include:
⁃ Intense, painful periods, crippling cramps, backaches, fevers, blood clots, nausea, extended length of cycles, or short cycles.
⁃ Cancelation of plans; not being able to make said plans due to above symptoms or risk of occurring.
⁃ Gluten, dairy, caffeine, meat sensitivities.
⁃ Hormonal Fluctuations - emotional rollercoaster (endometriosis produces its hormones.)
⁃ Breast fluctuations & tenderness.
⁃ “Endo-belly” - an alarmingly swollen belly
⁃ Multiple leaking incidents upon cycle or spotting.
⁃ Waves of Depression.
⁃ Pain during or after sex.
⁃ Pain during a pelvic exam.
⁃ Increased urine relief.
⁃ Digestive troubles, backed up/sped up.
⁃ A feeling of having your bladder pressed on.
⁃ Symptoms of a UTI yet negative test results.
⁃ Bloating, pressure in the upper stomach under breasts, on top of the rib cage.
⁃ Feeling of having tons of rocks in your stomach.
⁃ Chronic Fatigue
⁃ Hot flashes
- Sharp, jagged pains.
⁃ Not being able to bend over, stretch, or move a certain way.
⁃ Labor like/ contractions.
⁃ Pain before or during bowel movements.
⁃ Weight fluctuations.
⁃ Miscarriage.
⁃ Difficulty getting pregnant.
⁃ A history with Lyme Disease / Epstein Barr Virus/ Mono/ Strep/Ear Aches.
⁃ A family history of endo, infertility, hysterectomies, or cancer.

With Jamie Lyn only being 28, already having 2 surgeries, being stage four, having cancer run on both sides of her family, including her loving mother Sharon, a Breast Cancer survivor who was only a few years older than Jamie Lyn today, it’s pivotal that she receives all the help & top care that she can get.

Our sweet Jamie is in need of a third surgery which will remove the endometrial tissue that has invaded her body, while restructuring her organs back to their correct placement. Although this surgery will offer her immense relief, the treatments that follow are just as important.

Even with the Endometrial tissue being removed, there are still corrupt cells & EBV particles within Jamie’s blood. This can cause the Endometriosis to once again invade or manifest into something more lethal such as cancer.

Due to there being no published “cure” Extensive treatments are fundamental in Jamie’s recovery. Unfortunately most treatments are not covered by ANY U.S insurance providers.
⁃ Stem Cell Therapy; UVBI; HBOT; NADS; Cellular Regeneration Therapies; EBOO; IPT; NANOVI.

All qualifying treatment centers work through an out-of-pocket financial system. Some do offer financial credit or offer access to foundations built for such treatments with no coverage. Currently, cases are being built to offer and cover such treatment to all but until then, places such as this funding platform are what can offer one a chance at a full recovery.

As funds are generously being pulled together amongst her loved ones to cover her surgery cost at a base of $15,000+ That still leaves her 6 week intensive treatments at an addition base of $16,500, followed by continued treatments every 2-4 weeks for the next year.

An idea of what the break down of her Intensive 6 week post OP treatments will look like, at a rate of $16,500 is stated below.

• Initial intake evaluation - $200 - TBD

•UVBI + MAH - $950 per week x 6 $5700

+ Any additional TBD Treatments that the Providers see fit.

Chronic disease doesn’t just form overnight, so as much as we’d like an instant magical way to fix it, the reality is this disease has been building itself up for years, so an extensive amount of time and care has to be equally applied to unravel and treat it sensibly.

Our precious Jamie Lyn has a long road ahead with yet again another surgery & continued post-op treatments. Unfortunately, insurance offers zero coverage of her surgery and post-op treatments. As if that wasn’t troubling enough, her surgeon’s office does not offer payment plans and requires full payment two weeks before surgery. This is urgent and needs to be done as soon as possible, as it progresses every day. We were not given much time to prepare for this and have made several failed attempts to seek a better-fit coverage provider. After considering the cost of her prior treatments, previous surgical & ER bills, the time she’s missed and will miss from work, plus the intense treatments she’ll need for a year following her surgery, we decided to ask for help by sharing this beautiful soul’s story.

Jamie Lyn never ceases to amaze me. Even though these times have taken a toll on her mentally, physically, and emotionally, she has managed to keep her head high and has used it as fuel to gain knowledge and understanding of the human body. With all she has learned about the body’s innate intelligence and self-healing abilities, she now wants to use this to help other women with this disease. She's learned about advanced medical technologies, worldly healing modalities, the power of raw foods, plant medicine & mineral intake. Her views on health and wellness have never been deeper and more motivated. Her dedication to learning what she can do to assist in her healing is impressive and she has set out to help others heal as well. This is one of the traits that make her the kind, caring, loving soul we love. She's still thinking of others while she’s powering through the most challenging time of her life. That doesn’t surprise me since she has saved the lives of several hurt animals that often find their way to her & has always been the one to offer her shoulder to all her loved ones!

I thank you all for your time & support. By sharing this, you not only help Jamie Lyn but also potentially help another who is going through the same thing. Endometriosis is an epidemic and our girls and women need us now more than ever. I hope that I have shed some light on this, so you know the signs, for you just might save someone by catching this awful disease in the early stages. Your donations are greatly appreciated.  See below for some remedies that can help with symptoms.

Much love & blessings,
Jayne
