Help for emergency surgery

Hi, my name is Adrey. I'm trying to raise funds for my fiancé. We've been together for 10 amazing years, and she is now in desperate need of emergency surgery that we just can't afford. She has a deviated septum. She also has a cyst blocking her airway and a bone spur that keeps growing and is preventing her from breathing normally. As a result her brain is not getting enough oxygen and without the surgery she could die. 

I work and try to pay all of our bills as she is currently too sick to work (she can't even get off bed without feeling dizzy). 

She is a wonderful, loving, hardworking person, an amazing daughter, fiancé and friend to anyone who needs her. She is always trying to help and be there for others as much as she can. She hates asking for help, but we sadly are running out of options. 

Her symptoms keep getting worse every day. She has blurred vision that keeps coming and going, she is having breathing difficulties, vertigo, an ear infections, extreme migraines, vomiting and more.

We are told symptoms won't go away without this surgery to remove the cyst!

This is urgent and fatal if nothing is done. She has other medical issues, but they are not as urgent as this!
