Over their 15-year history, Freedom Mountain Academy (FMA) has given away over $100,000.00 in scholarships and financial aid to ensure that no student was unable to attend because of financial issues.
With FMA-17 (September 2016-May 2017) being the farewell year for this incredible school, I, as well as several others, wanted to make it possible for as many students as wanted to come to be able to do so.
My own experience was pivotal and I was able to develop into a leader, community member, family member and passionate human being. My love for learning was sparked and has carried into my current path. Attending FMA was an incredibly transformative experience where I was able to learn many skills, fall in love with nature again and get to know myself better. This is truly a learning environment that I would like to give others the opportunity to experience.
So, we are raising the equivalent of one full tuition ($27,500.00) to be shared with families who might really struggle to give their son or daughter this magical year.
