Hi, I'm Sam. A trans man from the UK who needs some help to afford Private Top Surgery.

I came out in 2024 and it literally saved my life, I was in the most depressive state on my life, I never told anyone how much I was struggling with my gender identity but in reality every day I was getting closer to ending it all. My mental health had gotten to a place, where I was asking myself "transition or die?" because I really didn't want to admit that I am trans while also struggling so much from not being able to be me, most days felt unbearable.

I came out at 26 years old and decided to transition, I wish I came out a lot sooner but I also never expected to survive this long for it to be something I would need to address.

The way the UK is heading right now makes me terrified for my future and NHS wait list times are long, please help me afford top surgery.
