Hello everyone, my name is Daniel and my sweet girl's name is Nala. She is a 10 year old golden retriever

Earlier this year (2024) in April, we gave Nala a haircut and noticed a mass in her rear right leg. Shortly after, we got an X-ray and got the mass poked with results being inconclusive. We later got a punch biopsy, ultrasound, and another poke with results being inconclusive again. With it being a tumor, we were told it was cancerous but not knowing what kind of cancer. After a CT Scan and wedge biopsy, the tumor was finally diagnosed as hemangiosarcoma. Fortunately, the tumor is isolated in her leg and has not spread anywhere else in her body. Just a week after her diagnosis, we started radiation therapy. As of now, Nala has been through one out of three sessions of radiation.

I am starting this GoFundMe with advice from family and friends to help raise money for Nala's treatment. These funds will go directly to the medical bills up til now and in the future (consultations, medicine, radiation, any follow up appointments).
