Hi there friends! My name is Fateema Al-Hamaydeh Miller and I am a filmmaker of mixed-Palestinian decent based in Toronto, Canada.
My writing takes a gentle and light hearted approach to the complexities and contradictions within relationships, both to ourselves and each other.
FEELING FINE is my first film with a small crew and a budget and I am starting this GoFundMe in order to be able to hire and pay a diverse cast and crew to lift up this story alongside me.
Feeling Fine explores what it means to love ourselves and each other in the Moving On. It follows two young-ish loves: Sara and Cameron who discover that “Making It” in the Big City turns out to be a fierce competitor with their relationship. Unfortunately only one can survive. This character based Dramedy highlights that laughter at oneself and the allowance of grief can both assist us in a search for closure.
