Navy Veteran’s Family Loses Home in Fire — Help Them Find a New Home

My name is Brandon Williams, and I’m a retired Army veteran of 23 years. Today, I’m reaching out on behalf of dear friends of mine, the Edwards family, who are in urgent need of support.

On September 2, 2025, Darryl and Rosalinda Edwards, along with their children, lost their home in Sterling, Virginia to a devastating house fire. In an instant, everything they had worked so hard for was gone. Right now, they are staying in a hotel while searching for a safe and stable place to live, but the costs of housing, daily living, and starting over are overwhelming.

I’ve known Darryl and Rosalinda for four years. Darryl is more than a friend, he’s a devoted husband, loving father, and a true brother in arms. They are the kind of family who shows up for others in times of need, and now it’s our turn to show up for them.
