Helping a helper

Earlier this year, Tracy Shaw a 911 operator for Fairfax County Virginia, underwent IVF treatments to conceive a child in January. On September 5, her son Liam was born 6 weeks premature due to Tracy having a descending dissected aorta. After healing from the C-Section Tracy underwent a bypass and stent to repair her aorta. Due to the surgery she suffered three strokes on the operating table that primarily affected her eyesight.  Tracy is in rehab and will be in outpatient rehab for a number of weeks to enable her to learn everyday living skills associated with her disability. Tracy is more than hopeful to return to work, and take care of her baby. She has a very long road ahead of her.
