On Sunday, December 15, 2024, my sister Guadalupe tragically lost her husband, Alonso, the sole provider for their family of six, in a senseless act caused by an individual driving under the influence and racing at high speed. Alonso leaves behind four children ranging 15-5 years old. Alexander , Esveidy, Emmalie, and Emilio. The accident occurred on 73rd Ave and Indian School, and the responsible individual is under investigation. Alonso was the heart and soul of his family—a loving partner to Guadalupe and an incredible father to their children. He always made sure his family was cared for and never went without.
