My name is Jerry and I'm humbly asking for your help. The last few years of my life have been tough. But what I have experienced in the last few weeks really almost broke me. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-hodgkins Lymphoma 13 years ago. After undergoing chemotherapy unsuccessfully, I had no more treatment options. I made a choice not to pursue any experimental treatments and have been just managing the symptoms of my disease for the last couple of years. It has not been easy but I'm here. It's really a miracle I am here. Alot of it has to do with all of you who supported me and encouraged me to keep fighting and showing up everyday. Recently things have taken a turn for the worst. I developed a really bad bone infection and have been on strong IV antibiotics for about a year now. I've been hospitalized countless times and almost went septic. Unfortunately my health concerns continue to multiply and also diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I am weak and Unfortunately have been unable to work so fallen on hardship. Do to this state I was unable to pay rent for sometime and now my mother who is also sick and I have been evicted. with alot of uncertainty about my belongings and my future. I was reluctant to share this with anyone but unfortunately I really need the help and I know that my family and friends who would want to know what is going on and help me get back on my feet. Also many people have asked me how they can help and I figured this would be a way to help me a bit with my current financial problems.

I do have some plans I lined up with support from The Alpha Project however the support is limited and I could really use some temporary financial assistance. If you have been moved,inspired by my story or simply find it in your heart to help me I would really appreciate it. If you cannot donate, no worries at all. please share or send some good vibes or resources my way. I really need all the good thoughts and prayers as I'm currently on Hospice Care and now also have the burden of worrying about not having a home. This won't break my spirit I am trying hard to stay strong.
