Help with Big Als Cancer Surgery and Treatment

I am not even sure how to start. It has been a really hard year for our family.  I was raised to be a strong proud self sufficient person and to never ask anyone for anything. I have spent so much time and effort taking care of my parents in the last couple years that I apparently forgot to take care of myself. I made the obvious error of not getting insurance because my parents came first and I have never had anything wrong with me.  I was just diagnosed with Advanced Thyroid Cancer that is spreading into my Lymph Nodes. I need to have surgery to get it fixed as soon as possible  and me asking for help is one of my last resorts. So I am going to swallow my pride and say thank you for any help you can give and promising that no matter what comes up I will fight this head on.
