To all my friends and family,

This week has been a rough one, to say the least. I was having leg, neck, and back pain. Finally, the pain was too much, and I went to the emergency room on 1/29/25. After seeing the ER doctor, he set me up with an emergency consult with the chief neurosurgeon. Apparently, my C5, C6 disk became dislodged and was pressing on my spinal cord. The surgeon rushed me in for surgery on 1/30/25. I was brought into the operating room around 11:30 am and didn't get back to my room until 9 pm. The doctor informed me that if I didn't have the surgery when I did, I would have become paralyzed.

I will be out of work for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Right now, we are seeking help and support from our friends and family to help pay our bills. There is no amount too small to help.
