I've set up a GoFundMe account for my brother, Paul O'Bryan, who was just diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). While there is no cure or conventional medical treatment for ALS, alternative medical regimens are available. However, these aids are not covered by medical insurance.
