Hi Everyone,

I know that all of you have been very helpful with being supportive and being there for me at all times. Now I am asking you for anything that you may have from $1 to whatever to help me pay for my mother's hospital bills. 

My mother was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Mantle Cell Lymphoma, this is a very rare cancer that is usually caught at later stages in elderly people and it has hit my mother at the age of 70 years old. Please see the below link for further information on it as at this point I believe everyone should get educated about it as I didn't even know it existed, also the only way you find it is if you specifically test for it and folow the signs which include low platelet count, low red blood cell counts and high white cell counts....

I honestly never thought such thing would happen to me, no one does. My mom left the US in December to be in Guatemala for a little while and ended up really sick this point. Unfortunately Guatemala is such a third world country that medical insurance is barely a thing, and at this stage in her illness it is pretty impossible to get it. Guatemala's public hospital has no medications and there are actually protests going on about it if you would like to learn more as that is absolutely ridiculous. For this reason being we have her in a private hospital but that hospital will stop treating her if we don't pay, also they won't let her leave if we don't pay. If something were to happen to her *God Forbid* they would also hold the body there with them until we pay all the bills.

I have tried to contact her medical insurance but they do not fund overseas. The ones that may reimburse something won't even let me try to talk to them because I am not an authorized person to make any claims or ask for any help on her behalf.

I have exhausted all of my resources and spent thousands of dollars to the point I cannot anymore and for that reason I am asking anyone of you to please help me out with anything that you could. I am not a person to ask for money but this is my mother, this is the woman who never left my side and I don't want to leave hers nor stop treatment because of money. Regardless of anything she is a wonderful person and deserves a decent treatment so I plead for anything you can help with.

I appreciate the time you took to read this and any help whether it is monetary or emotional help.
