Joell fights for his life from COVID- encephalitis

I'm sure that everyone in the family is aware of Joell's condition in Boston's Children's MSICU. For those of you first hearing about it, this is the story of how we as a family came to this point. I'll start, July 26th, Tuesday night... Ashton and I were driving up to Massachusetts from Alabama to attend my little sister Shauna's wedding that Sunday, and to pick up the boys... Joah 8, Joell aka Gizmo, 11.(which I have not seen for 6 weeks while they spent the summer at my mother's) Before we could arrive in Massachusetts, in Connecticut, 3 miles before MA state line, a deer decided to run across the interstate in a down pour of rain. We unfortunately hit it, totaling our vehicle. We over looked this bad luck in anticipation of my sister's wedding. Though sadly we would not ever make it. Joell was unfortunately diagnosed with COVID the week leading up to these events, so I was unable to see them right away, until his COVID test came back negative. That Thursday he tested negative, so we made plans for the beach the next day. Our lives were put on pause that night when we received a phone call saying Joell has being taken to the emergency room. I rushed there to find my oldest, whom I haven't seen in six weeks, on a gurney. Within minutes of being there, Joell was experiencing seizures. From there he was taken to Boston's Children's ICU. They rushed him to an MRI and found that he had inflammation of the brain causing the seizures. He's been intubated four different times with a breathing tube, and sedated because of the swelling in the brain was causing histeria. He still remains intubated 13 nights later. He has not been diagnosed yet with any known virus or illness. The doctors haven't been able to determine whether it's complications from having COVID, a rare form of vasculitis, post_infection, or some other auto_immune illness.
We have been overloaded with love and support from everyone! Ashton and Joah have had to return to Alabama, but I will remain here in Boston until Joell is well. This is why we are asking for any support from friends and family, or anyone willing. Gizmo's recovery is still undetermined but we do know it's going to be a long one. During his hard time I've stayed by his side every day and every night. What savings we do have are dwindling. Until we can get stable with our situation, and determine living arrangements, medical bills, and the future healthcare of Joell, we are asking for your charity. We realize that the times are hard for everyone with the current economy. We appreciate all the support we've already received, from all the prayers and love that have been given. We stand strong as a family! Thank you and God bless.
