The monies will really help young women wanting to attend college. Either for classes, books or transportation...your donations will truly be put to good use. While the Royal VIP drawing is over, we are still accepting donations for a few more weeks. Viva Fiesta and thank you all for donations or spreading the news!!

VIVA FIESTA!! I'm Rosenda Rios and I'm excited to serve as the 2016 Queen for the Latin American Heritage Society (LAHS).
LAHS is a young non-profit organization dedicated to helping improve the community and its people.
In addition to volunteering and visiting numerous non-profit organizations, hospital, nursing and children's homes, LAHS also raises scholarship dollars to help young women expand their education.
It means to a lot to these young women to receive financial help.
Melanie Delgado, featured in our video, was one of the LAHS scholarship recipients.
ANY AMOUNT you give will be very much appreciated.
We also want to invite you to be part of our LAHS entourage during Fiesta in San Antonio. Have you or someone you care about ever dreamed of actually being in one of the colorful parades in our city, NOW is the time.
For every $125 donation, you will have one entry in a drawing to participate as our Royal VIP during Fiesta. We will select one winner. That winner will join the Queen's court of the Latin American Heritage Society on Saturday, April 23, 2016 and partake in various fun events, which includes participating in one of the highly acclaimed parades, the Fiesta Flambaeu, otherwise known as the night parade.
Again, ANY donation will go along way for these young women.

We realize there are many wonderful organizations asking for your donations, so it means a lot to me that you would consider helping to make dreams come true for young women, like Melanie.
Fiesta fever is now...so those interested in the Royal VIP must have contributions submitted by 5pm Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Drawing of the winner will be held that night.
We will continue to collect any donations.
Travel to and from the San Antonio area will not be provided.
