Help bring Donna Read home

My grandma Donna Read is in need of special transportation to get home from California. Donna flew to CA. in-order to assist her daughters' move back to Minnesota. On day two of her trip she suffered an aneurysm bleed and has been hospitalized since. Needless to say the cost is huge to bring Donna home.
