I rescued Chappy yesterday. He's a 3 yr. old chihuahua that was hit by a car. He has 4 different fractures from the accident. His pelvis and his hind legs. He can walk a few steps on his front legs. He definitely needs surgery so he can walk again but it will be a costly surgery and a long road to recovery. He would appreciate any help he could get from his fellow paw friends.
