It is with heartache and despair I have to write such words, my best friend Jamie Girouard tragically lost her daughter Jasmine in a fatal car accident in the early morning hours of Sunday February 26, 2023.

The sudden loss of Jasmine’s beautiful soul is a burden impossible to bear for all of us who love her.
