On April 8, 2023, the day before Easter, Roger Carroll was killed at the age of 62 in a hit-and-run accident while riding his bicycle. He leaves behind a grieving family – his wife, four grown children, and a one-year old granddaughter. He was also a a beloved brother and uncle to a large extended family.

Outside of his family, Roger gave greatly to his community. He was the Finance Director and Treasurer for the small town of Loomis, and his talents were many. A ventriloquist, photographer, musician, and athlete, Roger could often be found out in the community, giving back and entertaining whenever possible.
