Help The Morrison’s

Fairmont Girls Field Hockey team put together this gofundme for their teammate and friend Maddie Morrison.  Maddie was riding her bike last Friday when she was struck by an SUV. She fractured her femur and pelvis.  Maddie is currently in ICU and she is in a lot of pain.  She is hopefully moving to the trauma step down unit today. Maddie has a long road to recovery!  When she does get released from the hospital she will have to go to a rehab facility for at least 2 weeks. Due to Covid she can’t have any visitors.  Which is very lonely! Please keep texting and calling. They help keeping her spirits high!  As I am sure you can imagine it has taken a toll on her family.  Her mother is unable to work right now.  She spends her time between the hospital and Maddie’s younger siblings.  If this isn’t enough, both of Maddie’s parents are dealing with their own health issues.  Anything you could give would be so helpful!!
