Help us to keep our house in the family

We lost my husband and the kids father 21/2 years ago. At the time we were unable to find any insurance and his death was very unexpected. He was a Vietnam veteran and left us with a house I am now in the place where I have to open the estate and file for the house to be transferred to me or the kids. We are not financially able to do this. In fact I’m still paying payments for the funeral.

please help us to keep the house in the family.
