Hi all,

Im holding a coffee morning on the 17th January in the Mens Shed at Moycarkay borris gaa from 10am for two great causes.

First is Suir Haven Thurles who provide a fantastic service for cancer patients and their families.Mam loved all the services that they provided which gave her great relief and allowed her to relax , chat and trace with the wonderful staff.

Suir Haven relies heavily on a dedicated team of vounteers to provide free

counselling,reflexology,acupuncture,massage, yoga etc.

Second is for extra physio equipment/resources at Tipperary University Hospital Clonmel .While in hospital i witnessed first hand the lack of equipment and resources for all ages.

Adequate physioteraphy resources are crucial for the patients outcome as effective rehabilition can reduce a patients lenght of stay in hospital.
