Help Crystal Pay Medical Bills

Hi; I'm Jillian and this GoFundMe is for Crystal Richardson. I have had the amazing honor of teaching her daughter this year; our relationship started out as professional but has turned into a friendship.

Crystal was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, and has already gone through a double mastectomy and radiation. She had a clear scan and was excited for a new cancer free life.

She went in for another scan and there was a lesion found on her spine; after further testing it was confirmed to be cancer which has now spread to both sides of her spine; her hip; and her shoulder. The doctors have stated this is a very aggressive cancer as all of this has grown in three months time.

The family has decided to travel to M.D. Anderson in Houston for the best treatment plan possible. The family is leaving next Tuesday for the initial trip down to the clinic, the doctors have said to plan for it to take 7-10 days. She is unsure how many times they will have to travel down, but it will be a pretty frequent trip. The cost of gas alone is going to be a large expense.
