On March 23rd 2016, my father, Jim Askins went home to be with the Lord. What a courageous fight to the finish. I thank him for being such a good example of what a dad should be. How God was reflected in his life, his giving heart and love for his family. I am the luckiest girl alive to have had such a loving dad. Because of his long term illness, it has left My mom with difficulties paying for funeral expenses. Any donation, big or small, would make a world of difference for his wife in this time of need.
