please share my wife's cancer wish

- Hi there my name is craig im here to share my wife's story. at the age of just 29 she was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer which has spread to both her liver and her kidney ! at a recent appointment her consultant told us that her liver is covered so much it is likely to be incurable and will move her over to palative care as she won't be eligible for a transplant because the cancer is also in her blood . shortly after her diagnosis she found out she was pregnant with a child we both wanted so badly but sadly lost it because the treatment wouldn't allow it a big dream of hers has always been to travel America so i would love to take her as a surprise for everything she has done for me and our kids from the day she was diagnosed she has never complained always smiled and continues to this day to put others first so i really want to treat her. the sad thing about it is she is only 30 year's old and i don't know if i am going to have the time to save enough to help with her dream wich is why im here today to ask for help anything will be greatly appreciated thanlyou so much for taking the time to read
