Hello, friends, family and loved ones of Alyssa....

My name is Jenny and I am a co-worker of Jennifer, Alyssa's mom. I established this initiative to provide support and assistance to Jennifer and Alyssa during this time of healing.

On January 16, 2025, Alyssa (19) was standing on the sidewalk in a pedestrian safety zone waiting to cross the street when she was involved in a horrible (pedestrian vs. vehicle) accident. Alyssa was rushed into emergency surgery and while the doctors did all they could, they were unable to save her left leg.

To know Alyssa is to love her. Her spirit is captivating and it's impossible not to be drawn to her. Although her journey to recovery will be lengthy and challenging, Alyssa's strength and resilience inspire us. The road ahead is long and Alyssa will need Jennifer by her side as they navigate this new normal together.

Our hope and prayer is that God uses this incident to bring glory to His name. We are so thankful for His protection over Alyssa's life yesterday. We continue to pray for her medical team, asking God to guide the doctors to lead Alyssa and her family in making necessary decisions that will impact Alyssa for the rest of her life.
