Let’s help Asia

This beautiful dog is Toni's fur baby, Asia. Isn't she gorgeous?! Asia needs surgery to repair a torn ACL. She also has arthritis in both of her knees and hips. She can barely walk and she is still a very young dog. It is heartbreaking to watch her try to push through the pain and keep up with her human and other animals. Her surgery is set for this upcoming Thursday, July 15.  This surgery will be cost around $10,000 in total, with the first part of Asia's surgery at about $5000 and the second part will happen in 6 months to a year. 

Hi, I'm Sonya and I have known Toni (Asia's Mommy), since we were little girls. We consider ourselves more as sisters than as friends. In fact, there aren't many who don't consider Toni to be "family" after hanging out with her just once! My children consider her an aunt and call her Titi Toni.  They also love her dogs and all of the dogs that she takes care of for others. I know she will not ask for help for her current situation and would not do this on her own.  Soooo me being her meddling sister, I figured I would butt in, as usual, because I know she has an army of folks that won't hesitate to help us pull her baby out of pain.

 

Not a lot of people know all of the mountains and hills Toni has had to climb and the obstacles she continues to move out of her way in the last 2 years just to survive.  Some of you may know her through her pet concierge business, which took a HUGE hit with Covid and recovery is still far away. Yet through everything that life has thrown at her, my sister keeps a positive attitude and pushes through everyday. If you know Toni, you know that she stays humble and keeps her personal business private, yet doesn't hesitate to give the shirt off her back to help others. I know...she will kill me for this, but it needs to be done.  At this point, she will run herself into bankruptcy, in an effort to pull Asia out of this severe pain and immobility.
