Justice for Benjamin Mousso
Our family was devastated on January 2, 2020,  when my precious, eighteen-year-old son, Benjamin Mousso, was brutally murdered in Missoula, Montana.       
     We will not be silent! We are working tirelessly to bring his killer, and the participants, to justice, while fighting a grossly-managed investigation, and the misinterpretation, and language, of the Stand Your Ground law.
     The language of the Stand Your Ground law must be brought sharply into focus and put under the scrutiny of the American eye. The law must be changed, clarified, or repealed, for the sake of this case and many others.
     The language of Stand Your Ground laws in this country are dangerous and leave no justice for victims!
     We are joining forces with the media and others to demand the Missoula County Attorneys and Montana State Officials charge his killer (and participants) with homicide.         
     We demand that Montana Officials hold the Missoula County Attorneys accountable for this gross injustice!
